Print turnaround & delivery
How quickly can I get something printed?
Most jobs are printed within 24 hours. If you’re local, you can often pick it up the next day — just check in with us first.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes. You can pick up your order Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, or we can deliver it to you. Delivery is available nationwide. If you’re based in Whanganui or the surrounding regions, you’ll usually receive your order within 24–48
hours.
Can I get same-day printing?
It depends on the job. If you’re on a tight deadline, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
File setup & design help
I’m not a designer — can you still help?
Absolutely. We work with all kinds of customers — from business owners to DIY designers using Canva. We can check your file, tweak it if needed, and make sure it’s print-ready.
What file types should I send?
PDF is preferred, especially if it’s exported in high quality. If you’re working in Canva or another tool, you can share the link or export the design and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can you create designs for me?
We don’t offer full graphic design services, but we’re happy to help tidy, adjust, or prepare your file so it’s ready to go. If you need something more custom, we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Quotes & orders
Can I get a quote before I send a job?
Yes — you can either fill in our contact form or email us directly. Just include a brief description of what you’re printing and we’ll provide a quote.
What information should I include in my message?
To help us give you a fast and accurate response, please include:
- Your name or business
- A short description of what you’re printing
- The size, quantity, and paper thickness (if known)
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
There’s no minimum. We’re set up for one-off prints, small batches, and large-scale orders. If you’re unsure what’s possible, just ask.
What we offer
What types of things can you print?
Lots. We print business cards, flyers, labels, books, posters, stickers, signage, packaging, and more. We also do scanning, laminating, and general copy shop services.
Can you print from Canva files?
Yes — we know the ins and outs of Canva and similar platforms. Just send us your file or a link and we’ll make sure it’s ready to print.
Do you do binding or finishing?
Yes. We offer binding, stapling, trimming, folding, and laminating — just let us know what you need.
